Steps to completing a custom Life Journal
1. Select Quantity (1=100 journals) and finish checking out online.
2. Submit completed files or text and pictures to amyhisaoka@enewhope.org
3. Sign off on digital proof
4. When the journals are complete, we will ship your journals for your congregation or company to enjoy!
Turnaround Time
Normal turnaround for custom journals will be 2-3 weeks from receipt of completed files, pending sufficient supply of preprinted components. Please let us know your deadline and we will try and work with our printers to meet it. Because of the proofing process and unforeseen problems that may come up with your files or the printer’s schedule, we cannot guarantee we will make it by your deadline, but we will sure try.
Designing Your Life Journal
You have the choice of using your own designer for the journals or having us import your text into our layout. If you decide to design your own journals, please follow the guidelines on the following pages. Our designers will accept your design, or may ask for edits. Please note that our designers have full veto rights over your design and may edit or change your design for consistency and aesthetic purposes. We will also always send you a final digital proof before printing. We want your journals to look their best!
If you would like a custom cover, but already like the look of our cover, just send us your logo and we will import it onto our current cover design. You may choose black, blue, red, purple or green. We also make our Life Journals incognito and you will not find any other church logo or identification* other than your own.
The Journals will contain both the Classic reading plan as well as the abbreviated reading plan.

Graphic Specs
Journal page size: trimmed to 5.5 x 8.5”
Bleed: .125” on all sides (that means if you want your background picture to bleed off of the page, you need to extend it past the 5.5 x 8.5 border .125” more on each side.)
File formats accepted: PDF (preferred), Tiff or InDesign*
*Make sure all supporting fonts and images are included.
Images must be 300 dpi. (high resolution)
Please leave at least .5 margin on all sides to allow for the spine.
You may use third party file managers like Dropbox or Media fire to send us links to larger files.
